We want you to use the device with total consistency. If you have used our product consistently as directed for a full year and do not see a visible improvement or new hair growth, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below:

➜ The product must be returned in its original packaging and include the device, controller, and charging cables.

➜ The item must not be intentionally damaged, altered, or misused.

➜ Any promotional gifts included with your order must also be returned. If not returned, the retail value of the gift may be deducted from the refund amount.

➜ A $9.95 processing & handling fee applies to approved returns.

If your RLAVIS™ Red Light Therapy Cap arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning properly, we will gladly replace it free of charge.

Please report any issues within 7 days of delivery and include:

🚫 Refunds & Replacements Do Not Cover

Refunds or replacements are not eligible for:

➜ Damage caused by misuse, dropping, water exposure, or unauthorized modifications.

➜ Normal wear and tear over the course of the 1-year usage period.

➜ Minor cosmetic packaging damage that does not affect product functionality.

➜ Lost or stolen packages after tracking has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

➜ Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered during checkout.
