🛑 Order Changes & Cancellations

➜ Orders may be changed or canceled within 2 hours of being placed.

➜ After this 2-hour window, your order is automatically sent to our fulfillment team for processing and can no longer be modified or canceled.

➜ If you missed the cancellation window, please wait for your package to arrive and contact our support team regarding a return request.

🔧 Order Processing

➜ All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

➜ Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

➜ Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Tracked Shipping: 7–15 business days

Please note that minor shipping delays may occasionally occur due to:

In rare cases, delivery may take slightly longer than expected.

📦 Delivery Issues & Shipping Responsibility

➜ Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If your tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate the package, we recommend:

↳ Checking with household members or neighbors

↳ Looking around your property (front porch, mailbox, side entrance, garage)

↳ Contacting your local carrier for delivery details
